Engaging Frail Elders in Evidence-Based Home Physical Activity
Presented at the 2006 NCOA-ASA Joint Conference, this presentation provides an overview of the Healthy Moves program and how it is being implemented by care managers. Special attention is paid to the exercises that make up the intervention and the benefits and challenges to using care managers.
